$3,000/year per person for courses, conferences, books, certifications—whatever helps you grow. Plus we'll cover your AWS/GCP certs.

Sane Hours
40 hours means 40 hours. We don't do death marches. If you're consistently working nights/weekends, something's wrong and we'll fix it.
Open Positions
Senior Data Engineer
Build data pipelines that don't fall over at 2 AM. We need someone who's comfortable with Spark, Airflow, and SQL—and knows when to use Kafka vs. a cronjob. 5+ years experience, bonus if you've dealt with PII/GDPR compliance.
AI/ML Engineer
Help clients figure out if they actually need ML, then build it if they do. You should know your way around PyTorch/TensorFlow, understand when a simple regression beats a neural network, and be able to explain model decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
Cloud Architect
Design cloud infrastructure that's reliable, secure, and doesn't cost a fortune. Deep knowledge of AWS or Azure, IaC (Terraform preferred), and experience with multi-region deployments. Bonus: you've migrated a legacy monolith to the cloud without everything breaking.
Technical Project Manager
Keep projects on track without annoying everyone. You'll work directly with clients, manage timelines, and translate between technical teams and executives. Engineering background required—you need to know what's actually hard vs. what's just an excuse.
